"13 MONTHS AND COUNTING WITH A 4TH CLAIM AGENT ADDRESSING MATTERS INVOLVING PROPERTY DAMAGE (Vandalism), THEFT OF PROPERTY WITH NO RESOLUTION IN SIGHT.
