"I don't usually do this. But I call today because there was an increase in my rate, and the first person. I spoke to kind of blew me off Not disrespectfully like but like Oh well, I will hate to lose your business. But I understand like trying to get me off the phone type. I just didn't feel like my business mattered. So I asked to speak to my agent who I signed up with an initially mia. Or jamiah. She gave me a call back. I discussed my concerns with her and even though I didn't get my rate Lowered, She went through all the options with me. Giving me that in touch detail that I did not feel. I got from the first time. I called in that change so much compared to me. Shopping around then I decided to stay what state farm So I appreciate it very much."
